We have created a beautifully illustrated Fitness for Life Health Education eBook from the Ontario Health and Physical Education Curriculum. This Fitness for Life eBook is an ideal companion to the essentials of teaching Health Education. Our approach is completely different to the standard Textbook. This eBook includes 13 activity-based ready-made photocopiable lessons. Each eBook contains a site license to photocopy for the entire school. The answers for each activity have been provided. We have included an end of unit test questions and answers.

Our authors strive to support high-quality learning while giving every student the opportunity to learn in the way that is best suited to their individual strengths and needs. Our eBooks are designed to help all students reach their full potential through a program of learning that is coherent, relevant, and grade appropriate. We feel that it is important for students to be connected to the curriculum; to see themselves in what is taught, how it is taught, and how it applies to the world at large. Our Health Education curriculum engages students in learning about the factors that contribute to health and well-being and in building skills to live healthy, active lives.

All answers are provided, and a Study Organizer is included to allow students to prepare for the upcoming test. Once again, we provide the answers for all activities and the end of unit four-page test. Format: PDF (eBook), Total Pages: 69 with 13 Activity-Based Lessons. Please review the Table of Contents for this eBook. We have most effectively identified the key factors that will motivate your students to become Fit for Life.
