Day 1: Running Relay (30 minutes, two pages)
Day 2: Red Light (30 minutes, two pages)
Day 3: Foxes and Rabbits (30 minutes, two pages)
Day 4: Snake (30 minutes, two pages)
Day 5: Leaping Moves (30 minutes, two pages)
Day 6: Modified Soccer (30 minutes, two pages)
Day 7: Twisting Moves (30 minutes, two pages)
Note to teachers: Class length may exceed 30 minutes
1st: Prior to Student Evaluation, the teacher divides affixes; Station 1 to Station 4 Fitness Opportunities to each of the four-sides of the Gym.
2nd: Divide the class into five groups. Now, assign four groups to four stations. Last group is Evaluated.
